Tutorial 01: Configure vrouters and vswitches
Tutorial objective: to configure the IP addresses and gateways of vrouters and vswitches to implement communication between computers in different CIDR blocks and between vswitches in different CIDR blocks
Lab environment:

Tutorial steps:
1. configure a vro
Set the IP address of vro interface 0/1 to 192.168.1.00, And the IP address of interface 0/2 to 192.168.2.100.
In global configuration mode: interface fastethernet 0/0 and 0/1 --- press ENTER
IPaddress 192.168.1.100 and 192.168.2.100255.255.255.0 --- press ENTER
Noshutdown ---- activate

Ii. Configure vswitches
IP address of the vswitch configured in global configuration mode: interface VLAN 1
IP address192.168.1.3 and 192.168.2.3 255.255.255.0
No Shutdown
Gateway for vswitches in global configuration mode: IP default-gateway192.168.1.100 and 192.168.2.100

Configuration of the second vswitch
3. Configure the IP address of the first computer as 192.168.1.1, the gateway as 192.168.1.100, the IP address of the second computer as 192.168.1.2, the gateway as 192.168.1.100, the IP address of the third computer as 192.168.2.1, And the gateway as 192.168.2.100; the IP address of the fourth computer is 192.168.2.2 and the gateway is 192.168.2.100.

4. Ping the IP address of the third computer from the first computer to check whether communication is possible. Ping the IP address of the second computer from the fourth computer to check whether communication is possible.

5. Ping each other's IP addresses to check whether the two vswitches can communicate with each other.

Result verification: computers in different network segments and vswitches in different network segments can communicate with each other.
Problem and Experience Summary: gateways must be configured for switches of different network segments to communicate with each other. This is also true for computers of different network segments.
