But the problem still exists.

1. My project build type is a class library. Later, add the app. Config manually and add the relevant configuration information manually.

2. Compile again, and a second error occurs. Because, before prompted System.Data and System.Data.SQLite conflict, manually put System.Data deleted. Add now, compile successfully.
