Web semantics refers to the information that the page contains by means of HTML tags, including the semantics of HTML tags and the semantics of CSS naming. HTML semantics refers to the proper representation of a document's structure by using a label that contains semantics (such as H1-H6)

CSS naming semantics refers to the addition of meaningful class,id to HTML tags to complement the non-expressive semantics. Why do we need semantics?
