Pycharmspyder ... Absolutely powerful. We used it when we were a freshman in the last semester studying Python. Python (x, y) can be downloaded directly so that all the tools are basically the same .... The Spyder Windows recommends using Ulipad, in fact Python's best development environment or Linux. Eclipse + Pydev, Windows and Macs are all available, especially when it comes to bigger projects, and it's easy to manage if you use VS, you can try this.

Sorry, I was wrong. The best Python IDE under Windows is pycharm. Pycharm Community Free version I used the Eclipse plus pydev, those few commercial may also be good, but I do not love piracy.
Update with Pycharm Community Edition free, this issue has no need to argue. I think the Python IDE, free Aptana Studio 3 (PyDev) is good, if you don't mind pay pycharm is the best.
But compared to the so-called IDE, I recommend some text editor, such as Sublime text. These editors are as powerful as some Ides. Python Development has little to do with break-point debugging or code generation, in which case the IDE has little advantage.
