What if the control Panel in the computer doesn't open?

1. First, let's hit the Start menu of the WinXP computer and go to the run window by starting the menu.

2. In the open WinXP computer's running window, we enter gpedit.msc and click Enter, so that we can open the WinXP computer's Group Policy Editor window.

3. In the Group Policy Editor window of the open WinXP computer, we click to expand the left menu in the "control Panel" → "Access Control Panel", and then double-click to open the "No Access Control Panel" interface, in the open window, we change the default settings to Enabled, Then click OK to save the settings.
