What should I do if Win10 cannot use the Built-in Administrator account to open the Application? win10 account

What should I do if the "cannot open with built-in Administrator" application is prompted in Win10? The reason why the Win10 Built-in Administrator account cannot open the application is that the Administrator Approval mode is not enabled properly after logging on to the default Administrator account. This article describes two methods to solve this problem.

Solution 1

1. right-click "Windows" in the lower left corner of the desktop, select "run" from the right-click menu to open the "run" window (or press "Windows + R" to open the "run" window ").

2. Enter "gpedit. msc" and click "OK" to open the Group Policy editing page. :

3. On the Group Policy editing page, choose "Windows Settings"> "Security Settings"> "Local Policies"> "Security Options ",:

4. then, right-click the "User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for built-in Administrator Account" item on the right and select "attribute" from the context menu to open the "attribute" window.

5. in the "User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode properties for built-in Administrator Accounts" window, select "enable" in the "Local Security Policy" column, click "OK" to save and exit.

6. At last, the "User Account Control must be restarted" window will be displayed in the lower right corner of the desktop. Then, restart the computer to solve the error.

Solution 2

This problem occurs because the UAC support needs to be controlled by the user account by default when Windows applications are enabled (disabling UAC notifications under a normal account does not affect the running of such applications), while the Win10 Administrator account does not enable UAC. Therefore, Windows applications cannot be run under the Administrator account by default.

The modification method is as follows:

1. Enter regedit in the search box of Cortana, and select the first item.

2. Locate the following location in the Registry Editor:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System

3. Find FilterAdministratorToken on the right side, double-click it, change the value to "1", and click "OK"

NOTE: If there is no FilterAdministratorToken, You need to manually right-click the blank area on the right, create a DWORD (32-bit) value, rename it FilterAdministratorToken, and change its value to 1.

Now you can log on to the administrator account to open the Windows application. If you cannot use the Start Menu before, you can also open it normally.
