When the CONTAINS keyword is used for full-text retrieval in ORACLE, The CLOB field cannot be retrieved after being updated.

During full-text ORACLE search, the updated fields cannot be retrieved.

Prerequisites:

1. This field is of the CLOB type.

2. the keyword used for retrieval is CONTAINS.

The SQL statement is as follows:

Select * from tableAwhereCONTAINS (globle, 'China ');

* Note: if the search field contains '-' data, add '\' to it '\'

Select * from tableAwhereCONTAINS (globle, 'China-Beijing ');

After updating the value of the globle field, you can find that no matching record is found, even if you change it back.

Later I found that the cause was not even caused by synchronizing table indexes.

The update method is as follows:

Whenever sqlerror exit 28 select 'aaa. xql 'from dual; BEGIN CTX_DLL.SYNC_INDEX ('tablea _ oidx', '500m', 'chi ');...... END;/EXIT 0;
