Method 1:

3. Search for the "Normal" file in drive C and delete it.
Method 2:
When the word document is opened, whether to start the Word document in safe mode is displayed. Select Yes. Click file --- New --- template on the local machine, and then delete the blank template.

Method 3:
1. Click the database icon on the taskbar to open the computer resource manager.

7. delete all the files with the Normal name. Do not delete the folder.
