I met several colleagues on the train in Shenzhen and chatted with them about our situation. When I received some sympathy, I also poured some cold water. In their opinion, work experience like ours is negligible. The most important thing is that the possibility of finding a development job is negligible for those who have not yet graduated. Enthusiastic friends even figured out the way back for us. If we couldn't find a job, we could find a factory for a few months and wait until we get the diploma. Although it sounds a bit too pessimistic, it is ridiculous that I actually accepted this strategy in my heart. Of course, some friends are enthusiastic about teaching us some experience, such as where to rent a cheap house and where to play without buying tickets, which talent market is better at finding a job. At the beginning of February, Hubei was still winter. We wore down jackets when we got on the train. When the train passes through Shaoguan, the temperature will have a taste of South China. The difference in the external environment turned out to be a little excited. Knowing is coming soon, as if I have seen hope, and people have become more energetic. Looking at the Lychee trees that are flashing outside the window, I remembered in my heart, "Changan looks back at the piles of embroidery, and the first time the door opens, I ride the red dust and smile, no one knows it's Lychee ", looking at the unique species of South China in manshan also reminds me of the chestnut tree in my hometown. It is also a mountain, and there are still bare branches that show people in winter, however, this is the vibrant world, and I seem to be experiencing a traversal. Obviously, there is only excitement left, in fact, I have no idea whether this strange place can accommodate my growth.

Some of our colleagues are in Longgang, so our first stop was to go to the Longgang Maida. Even if we rented a small single room, we could just settle down. It was just a weekend when I arrived in Shenzhen, so I was not in a hurry to find a job. The place where I live is near the Huawei base. On Saturday, I walked around Huawei and felt a great shock in my heart. Although I couldn't go in and see large parks and magnificent buildings, however, the more conspicuous the R & D Building in Area F is, the more dazzling the green glass curtain wall is under the sun. I went to the Huawei campus for an interview just a few days later. I still had to spare several rounds around this building. Of course, this is what we will talk about later.

The first stop to look for a job is Longhua's longguan Talent Market. I spent 10 RMB to buy tickets and found that all the factories are hiring general workers. The sound of loudspeakers came one after another, it's all about how many people need to be recruited in a factory, how much base salary is, how many hundred people have been recruited, and how many others are needed. It's like entering a hypermarket, we have to become a commodity on the shelves. It is obvious that we can buy a good price. After several rounds, I didn't see any development work. I accidentally saw Huawei's exhibition stand when I was about to play. There was a technical support position that seemed to be tied to the job I was looking, with full admiration for Huawei, I handed in my resume and got an interview notification. Later, I learned that it was not Huawei, But Huawei's subsidiary huitong recruited people. So although the interview was successful and I got an offer, I was not planning to go. Even if the interview for a subsidiary is still divided into six parts for two days, during which I accidentally brought my laptop into the R & D center, I will not describe the details of the interview here. I will try again when I recall it later. The current job was found in the Luohu Talent Market. Although the salary is not high, the work environment and the entire team work well, so it is basically satisfactory. The process of looking for a job is not clear in one sentence, especially the ups and downs that have taken place are hard to explain, therefore, I plan to review this link when I become a veteran of the workplace several years later.
