For example, we use the name column as the data source. We only select the data to be operated and do not select the title of the first row.

Click data verification in the menu shown in the figure below.

Then, on the page, click the sequence option, as shown in the following figure.

Set the source to the region you just set and click OK.

After that, you can check the data validity. In the future, if the data is not operated by format, it will be displayed, or the input will be limited.
