Why can't I open word?

Delete the Normal. dot template(Note: Normal. dot is a hidden file. We need to: (open a folder, and find the tool at the top of the folder.) -- "folder options"-"View ", deselect the check box before "hide protected operating system files (recommended)", check "show all files and folders", and click "OK ")

1. Open my computer first (C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/application data/microsoft/templates)

2. Search for the Normal. dot file.

3. Delete the Normal. dot template file.

4. Open it again!

Delete blank template

1. Select "file" in the "menu bar"-create a document

2. Select "my template" in the new document display window on the right to enter

3. Go to the personal template selection box and find and delete the blank document in the figure below.
