Such a type of programmer leads such a hard life, but it is difficult to obtain fair promotion opportunities within the company. Foreign monks are always breaking the balance, even the new and the old monk are more than the old monk. This is a rare wonder in the whole industry. It people have the honor to experience it.

In a startup company, a programmer wants to leave the company, and the boss does not even ask the opinion of his direct leadership, so he agrees, does not retain the company, and then scolds out of loyalty. A large international company has forged his or her resume, packed like flowers and Jade, and obtained a higher vocational level. His work was mainly completed by his subordinates. Most of the time, you cannot be promoted because the brothers who fought with you have a good job. What should they do if you are promoted? This is also a balance problem. You work very hard. Why didn't you drive your brothers to work together? You went up and needed the support of these brothers. Will they support you? 6) Your Own Problems

In the end, it is your own problem that you cannot upgrade your job. You have to work very busy every day, and you don't have time To charge. You have a lot of work pressure every day and have no time to study. Have you improved your efficiency? Do you have any friends around you to help you? Do you know what you want to learn? Do you know what kind of work is beyond the expectations of the leadership ?, Have you ever been promoted or communicated with the leadership after exceeding your expectations? I have been in a company, and almost all people around me have received salary increases and promotions only after communication with leaders. If you want to take the initiative to give you a salary increase and promotion, you might as well count on your own communication.

7) Your Own Problems

Whether the industry you choose is right or the company is right, just like the example of Tsinghua. If you can select a large company with a high capacity, you can win a single vote. If you cannot afford it, it is unrealistic to go to a mature big company and look forward to a high-paying promotion, it is better to go to a promising small and medium-sized company to create your own business.

From the enterprise perspective, how can we create a reasonable and fair promotion mechanism?

1)First-class bosses will recruit first-class people, and second-class bosses will only recruit third-class people. Therefore, the top leaders of the company must be the first-class, and their values can be reliable, and their systems can be reliable. They are not familiar with history, if you do not understand Chinese culture, we recommend that you do not take the lead in the company.

2)The promotion system must be fair and oriented to everyone and at every level, which is often difficult to achieve, however, the frontend can be compared with the frontend. 5)We will give internal training opportunities, invite experts from the industry to give lectures, and send employees to the US emperor for study meetings and even work. Training opportunities are a very good incentive for enterprises in developed countries. Training for five persons in one position is the best job. This is a fair opportunity and the training institutions are independent enough.

There are many methods. As long as there are first-class brothers in their hearts, there are always ways to do this. Do not always consider your own performance and your own black hat, it is very difficult to achieve this, but the system is not only formulated by this boss. Any employee should actively participate in the process of establishing the system and dare to put forward their own ideas, after all, the company is everyone's company.
