In general, many bosses have the following two characteristics: first, they are always afraid of subordinates doing bad things. Therefore, they like to point out their subordinates everywhere, so that their subordinates do not pay attention to everything, even if the boss is absent, he will not do anything. Second, he wants to master everything, but lacks systematic control methods. Therefore, he must listen to the command for all his/her actions, it is required to submit a report early. Generally, the boss command is a command, and the suggestion is also a command. Employees should follow the command even if they do not understand it. Slowly, subordinates will develop a "do not seek merit but never go over" workplace mentality, "more than one thing is less than one thing", everything is waiting for the boss to pick up his mind.

However, in many cases, the boss's opinions are not necessarily correct, because the boss is not omnipotent and cannot understand everything. However, in small and medium-sized enterprises, subordinates have learned courtesy because they have to do what they want, and generally do not question the boss. The boss's opinion is that they can do either or not, even if the subordinates find that the boss's instructions have problems or are not feasible at all, they will not act at all. As a result, many bosses finally had to solve their own problems. This is why many bosses are always busy.

As a result, there is a common phenomenon in Enterprises: The boss has nothing to do if he is a subordinate, and the boss is happy when he is a busy subordinate. A busy boss has a group of idle subordinates. In addition, subordinates are not grateful to the boss for being idle. On the contrary, they will watch the boss's performances while waiting to watch the boss's jokes. Therefore, as long as the boss intervene in the authorized work, the subordinates are not waiting for you to fail, but are waiting to shirk responsibility. Only when the boss fails can it prove that the boss is not better than him, and he can be exempted from punishment. If the boss finds out that he has done something wrong, he will think that if you don't intervene, he has already done it-he will direct the responsibility to you.

In addition, a subordinate who has nothing to do will do something to show his existence and then wait for the boss to solve the problem. Therefore, if the boss and the employee are busy, they will always be invincible. Subordinates will always use this simplest and boring method to "lead" bosses who think they are very smart!

For enterprise bosses, they should face the wisdom of employees with an open mind, learn to authorize, learn to trust others, learn to use systems and rules, and learn to use system process methods to control the process, at the same time, you also need to dare to throw employees into the water, so that they can throw themselves and give them swimming classes at most, so that your effect will be much higher. Otherwise, only the boss is fighting in the end, and the boss will always be alone.
