Method One: Disable the Windows Updata Service
1, press Win+r Open run, enter services.msc return and then find the "Windows updata" service, double-click to disable the application can be set;
Method Two: Postpone Automatic Updates
Microsoft does not offer the option to turn off automatic Updates in the Windows Update WIN10 system, but it offers the option of delaying updates;
Operation steps: Open the Windows Update of WIN10 system, click Advanced option, tick "postpone upgrade" option;
Method Three: Specify an incorrect upgrade server address for Windows Update
1. Press "Win+r" key to open run input "gpedit.msc" and click "OK";
2. Open the Local Group Policy Editor to expand manage templates → Windows components;
3. Then double-click "Windows Components" to locate "Windows Update;
4. Find "Specify intranet Microsoft Update service location" within "Windows update";
5. Select the "Specify intranet Microsoft Update service location" right-click Edit;
6. Select the "Not Configured" box as "enabled". In the "Set intranet update service for detecting updates", fill in the 127.0.0.1 (note: 127.0.0.1 is native IP).
