Win10 pressing F8 is unable to enter Safe Mode which key is pressed

The first step: Prepare the first we prepare a WIN10 mirrored U disk to start the U disk.

The second step: the Win10 image of the U disk into the computer, and then we are in the BIOS set up the system from the U disk to start, and then entered the interface, then we just press SHIFT + F10 combination shortcut key to open a command prompt, as shown in the figure.

Step three: Okay, after entering, we press again: Bcdedit/set {default} Bootmenupolicy legacy when you finish typing, press ENTER to run

After you run the command, and then reboot the computer, we will try to press F8 to enter the system.

If you want to transfer back, just search in the search for cmd we open the command prompt and enter directly in the run: bcdedit/set {default} bootmenupolicy standard Restore (Open the Run box is by Win+r).
