First, check the network

1.1 Check if the computer cable is plugged in.

1.2 View IP address, subnet mask, ping gateway

1. View IP address, subnet mask

If the obtained IP address is an invalid address beginning with 169, it is not possible to surf the Internet.

2.Ping the Gateway

If the ping gateway is not working, the Internet is not normal

Ping 192.168.80.1

1.3 Test Domain name resolution is normal

Ping www.baidu.com

Example:
If the computer can log in QQ, but cannot open the Web page, indicating that the network connection is normal at this time, you can check the DNS settings are normal

1.4 Testing to see if the site is accessible

Telnet www.baidu.com 80

1, such as: Telnet is not an internal command, you need to install Telnet client

2. Install Telnet Client

Win+r Key--Input: appwiz.cpl--mouse click to turn Windows features on or off

3. Tick the Telnet client, then click OK

4. Enter the Telnet command again, at which time only one cursor is displayed to indicate normal access

1.5 Check if the browser specifies an incorrect proxy

1, if the above options check after the discovery is normal, the browser is still unable to surf the Internet, you can check the proxy server is not set the wrong

Second, check the firewall

2.1 Checking outbound rules in the firewall

Check that outbound rules prohibit programs from connecting externally, such as setting an outbound rule: deny, prevent chrome from surfing the web
