Windows 8 enables automatic login upon startup without entering a password

1. Open the command window, enter "control userpasswords2" (excluding quotation marks), and press enter;

 

 

2. In the displayed "User account" setting window, cancel the "to use the local machine, the user must enter the user name and password" option and then "apply ". In the pop-up "automatic logon" dialog box, enter the password and click OK;

 

 

3. You can log on automatically the next time you start your computer;

 

 

4. If there is no password, select OK.
