The error is as follows:
1. When I see an error message, I estimate that this problem can be solved by recreating the local account to reconfigure the personal configuration file.
2. Restart the computer, log on to the computer with another administrator account, and rename the account;
3. Now we double-click "My Computer" on the desktop and go to the system-like C:/Documents and Settings:
4. Rename the problematic account in the directory. Note that the account is not deleted (the account cannot be printed when the user logs on to the directory );
5. Enter the account and delete the "NTUSER. DAT" and "NTUSER. DAT. LOG" files:
6. After the operation, restart the computer.
7. Log on to our system now with an account that cannot be printed.
8. After logon, the system automatically configures personal information for this user;
9. Click "Start" in the lower left corner -- "printer and fax", as shown in the figure.
