Parameter resolution:
-A indicates that files are transferred in ASCII format and converted to UNIX format if they are files in DOS format
-b–binary upload the download in binary way, does not interpret the character as ASCII
-e–escape force escape all control characters, such as Ctrl+x,del, etc.
-R Use Crash recovery mode. That is, file transfer interrupts will be re-transmitted
-y means that the file will be overwritten when it is already present
-O (capital O) in synchronous write mode to handle loss of interrupt when writing from cache to disk
