Windows installation SNMP

OpenNMS The SNMP client needs to be installed when monitoring Windows systems, and the Windows system has its own SNMP, let's install SNMP

1. Start → Control Panel

Click Programs

Turn Windows features on or off

Tick the SNMP checkbox and wait for a while for the installation to complete.

Computer Right-click, select Manage → Services

Locate the SNMP Service

Double-click SNMP Service, locate the security bar, and set the group word name, the permissions are read-only enough, add the following IP address to allow the accepted SNMP packets

Setting the SNMP trap to off will affect OPENNMS data acquisition

Now just add the above IP and community words to the OPENNMS to collect the data.
