Windows local built-in php7+apache2.4 environment uses composer installation laravel5.5

　 The development environment of PHP7 was set up, and the problems encountered during the installation of laravel5.5 were small .

1. When installing laravel5.5 using the composer Create command, there is an error that the currently used PHP (5.6) version has no laravel5.5 to install.

problem Reason: There are two versions of PHP7.1 and PHP5.6 in the local environment, and composer detected 5.6 (at this point I'm running 7.1).

2. continue to install a number of consecutive errors (solve a problem of the same nature), are php.ini extensions are not open.

　Extension not enabled:

Php_openssl.dllphp_fileinfo.dllphp_mbstring.dll

　problem source : Because of your own environment, do not know what extensions need to be opened, so there is a problem here.

Problem Solving : Enter the php.ini file to open these extensions.
