Morning colleague on Test Win2008 R2 on the WSB (Windows Server Backup) error, the error content is "TheBackup of volume XXX could not being completed, the version do ESnot support this version of the file format", roughly meaning that the backup volume could not be completed, the version format does not match, I was wondering why it was wrong, so I tested the next, the same error, Recall will not be the problem of target, because we are testing the target is a NAS server running on the Linux platform, since the breakthrough point, began to test the backup to the local and a Windows Server platform, there is no error, so that the problem is more identified, This is a disk format problem, referring to two articles,
1.http://blogs.technet.com/b/asiasupp/archive/2010/11/03/ Windows-server-backup-failed-with-error-quot-the-version-does-not-support-this-version-of-the-file-format-quot.aspx
Sparse file (sparse files)
Block level (fully volume) Full volume
By backing up the sparse file, an error occurs and the backup full volume is normal.
Need to incorporate this file to modify the NAS's smb.conf configuration file
Vim/etc/smb.conf

Plus strict allocate = yes
Finally, restart the SMB service.
