Command Line to delete registered plug-ins
The basic method is to log out the DLL/ocx file of the plug-in. For example, if you want to log out of Shockwave, find that the file is located in C:/Windows/system32/macromed/flahs/flash9f. ocx
Run the following command: regsvr32/S/u c:/Windows/system32/macromed/flahs/flash9f. ocx.

You can also manually edit the Registry to target a user:
