System environment: Windows Server 2008
When using Telnet, error: ' Telnet ' is not an internal or external command, nor is it a running program or batch file.
Cause of error: no telnet command
To install the Telnet method:
"Computer" right mouse button Select "Manage", pop up "Server Manager" window, select "function", select "Add Features" on the right page

Select the Telnet client in the "Add Features Wizard" window that pops up, click "Install", and after the installation is complete, restart CMD to use the Telnet tool
