Often when we delete a file, we sometimes prompt "The operation cannot be completed because the file is already open in another program, please close the file and try again", which program is it?

In the search box in the Start menu, enter Resource Monitor and enter to open Resource Monitor.

Look, in the Resource Monitor interface, click the Second tab, CPU. Enter the file name in the search box to the right of the associated handle and click the right drop-down arrow to see if the file is occupied by those programs.

With the program selected, right-click to select End process.

Now it's time to delete the file. Before you finish the system process, it is better to check to see if it can end, lest there is a problem, it is not worth the candle.

Knowing the process ID can kill a process with a DOS command and kill the process with Taskkill-pid 4444-f.
