Windows7 install fonts and use shortcuts to install fonts
It's convenient to install fonts in WinXP, but in Windows7, there are some changes in the way you install fonts (easier to operate), and here's how to install fonts and use shortcuts to install fonts in Windows7!
1, copying the way to install fonts
The way to copy under Windows7 is to install fonts that are no different from Windows XP, and are the same. The easiest way to do this is to copy the font file directly to the font folder, and the default font folder is in C:windowsfonts.
Method:
Enter in the Address bar
C:windowsfonts
Or
Control Panel appearance and personalized fonts
You can enter the font management interface, two different interfaces, but the operation is roughly the same.
If you want to copy fonts, you just need to copy the fonts that need to be installed directly into the line.
2, the way to install fonts with shortcuts
The only benefit of using a shortcut to install a font is to save space, because using the copy installation font will tell you that fonts are all copied into the C:windowsfonts folder, making the system disk very large, and using shortcuts to install fonts can save space.
First of all, click on "Font Settings" (pictured above) on the interface, and go to the font setup interface and check "Allow use of shortcuts to install fonts (Advanced) (A)".
Find your Font folder, select (You can select a font or multiple fonts), click the right mouse button, select "as a shortcut to install (S)" can be installed!
Is it simple?
