The Apache directory (and most of the Web servers) and your de facto directory are not required one by one corresponding, can be implemented to define a directory but actually point to other functions

You look for the configuration file, there must be a /phpmyadmin special configuration for

phpMyAdmin in XAMPP is in the form of Apache virtual host, belonging to a separate block, not affected by your modification documentroot.


