Method One

1, select the text you want to change the width of characters, start-paragraph-Chinese layout-adjust width.

2, pop-up "Adjust width" dialog box, the new text width set to "4 characters."

3, finished, now "name" and "Home address" is exactly aligned.

Method Two

1. Select the text you want to adjust the width to, switch to the Start tab, and click the Distribute Align button in the paragraph group.

2, according to the need to set the new width of the text, click the "OK" button.

3, is done, now "age" and "personal information" has been aligned, and the document text has been aligned.
