We often find some of the information we want on some sites, but many sites have a variety of formats, hyperlinks, pictures, etc., copied into Word and you will find that all of these styles are pasted into the document. We want the plain text form, if the manual removal of these styles of work is not small, but also troublesome. How can you directly copy the contents of the Web page to paste only plain text to the document, and all of these hyperlinks, pictures and other styles all filtered out? The following is to explain the operation for everyone!
Word2010 filter hyperlinks and picture methods on a Web page:
First, copy the content on the page with style, then go to the Word2010 interface, click the "Paste" arrow button in the upper left corner, the "A" icon in the Paste option only retains the text to complete the operation.
The "A" icon in the Paste option retains only text
Alternatively, select paste in Paste Options, and then choose Unformatted Unicode in the pop-up window to determine the same styles as hyperlinks and pictures.
In Paste Options, select Paste Selective
Method Two: If the content of replication on the Internet is more frequent, and more accustomed to directly using CTRL + C and CTRL + + friends can be set up like this:
1, the same copy of the contents of the page into the Word2010, click on the top left "paste" arrow, in the pop-up "Paste Options" select "Set Default Paste";
In the Paste Options pop-up, select Set Default Paste
2, in the pop-up Word Options window to the right to find "cut, copy and paste", the "paste from other programs" set to "Keep Text only" OK.
Set "Paste from other program" to "Keep Text Only"
Since then, no matter which Web page you copy from, just use CTRL + C and CTRL + V to paste the plain text directly into the document, and the hyperlinks and pictures are automatically cleared. If you want to revert to before, set the "Paste from another program" to "keep the original formatting" directly in the cut, copy, and paste.
