Let's start with the latest one! During my work in the past six months, I was impressed by one of my colleagues. What impressed me was not a person, but a person's attitude and behavior. This is a good person who has been working together for a while. One explanation was that I didn't hear it when I communicated with my boss's father in the bar. No explanation was given for the second attempt. This is a very small thing. Even if something happens at night, a professional person should call back the next day to confirm whether something has happened. But I have never heard of any reasonable explanation. What I finally got is: "handle it according to company regulations ". 2. Refuse to accept criticism. During a communication, I made it clear that I had a problem with my way of thinking, but I got a response saying "your way of thinking is wrong ". The final explanation is the opinion of my friend (who is also her Jiangsu superior). Why didn't I directly make it clear that my friend gave me an offer? I sincerely apologize for my support for my work. Iii. Question about wages. In the absence of any communication, the company will question the company's extra bonuses for travel subsidies, thus questioning the company's motives and my integrity. According to international practice, a business trip first involves real-time sales, and then a small amount of subsidies after a certain period of time. However, my colleague's business trip actually belongs to an expatriate job. It does not involve any work costs. On this basis, the company provided a 45-day subsidy of 1000 yuan, but questioned the motivation of the company and me as the boss, which is disgusting. My colleague asked me to follow the company's travel subsidy standard and stressed the spirit of the subsidy. Even if there are special requirements, it should also achieve the appropriate communication of professionals. I personally think: 1. for a professional, communicating their ideas with the company in a timely manner is a respect for each other and a minimum professional accomplishment. Instead of spreading without communication, we spread our own shortcomings during information dissemination. 2. for a professional, since you have chosen a company, you should ensure that your communication tools are smooth. If you do not answer your phone in time, you should reply immediately. This should be taken into consideration both in terms of professionalism and courtesy. Even if you have emotional problems, you should communicate with each other in a timely manner. The attribute of the problem tells us that the problem will be imagined and expanded if it is not enough. American psychologists have said: When people are doing things, they often feel that some things that are not necessary are the most necessary. 3. It is hard to understand the nature of business trips and assignments for a professional. If you are unable to accept the minimum principle of real-time reporting and sales, you must provide professional qualities. If you have opinions on the assignment in advance, you should also communicate and clarify in advance. If you want to make money by following the travel reimbursement standards and vent your anger to the company, it can only show that it is seriously immature. Of course, I believe that the average person will not do this. 4. A professional must be able to accept the dissatisfaction of their superiors with their work. First, criticism can make progress. Second, the more people who are highly recognized, the more severe the criticism will be. This is the psychological logic of managers. Therefore, when you are being reviewed, you must first reflect on what you are not doing well, instead of conflict or even face-to-face conflict, and then analyze specific things. When Will managers no longer criticize or praise what their subordinates do? Basically, you will have no hope of promotion. Of course, appropriate praise from managers is also necessary. Suggestions for young professionals: I. Multi-communication and multi-report. My above problems are actually caused by non-communication. Remember, instead of letting the boss communicate with you more, the boss is usually busy. Employees should take the initiative to communicate and put the problem to the imagination. 2. Being simple and diligent. I often hear people in the workplace talk about how to speculate on the boss's psychology. This is a typical immaturity. The boss has something to think about and do what he should do. The boss only looks at the results, and the boss does not like to say well. The boss is the first to be nice to anyone based on what he does. 3. Don't worry about money. Remember, when the boss cares about you with money, it must first be your attitude, method, and result. I often say that if a person cannot stand at a leader level higher than you to think about problems, there is no future. What the boss cares about is not money. The key is whether the value of money has been realized. Reflection on yourself and your company: 1. Check whether you have done well. Especially in the aspect of morality and integrity. 2. Review whether the company is unreasonable and the system is imperfect. Especially when you are concerned about the problem of money caused by qualitative issues. Iii. What is the gap between review and practice.

4. Be good at constantly listening to the reasonable part of your speech and respecting your opinions. Of course, you will also do what you think is right.
