WPS Demo make Drop-down list navigation template

Design concept: When the presentation content is more, the Drop-down list navigation template, let the speaker in the screening process easy positioning.

Production process:

1, the shipment WPS Demonstration--Create a blank slide

2, add a few new slides, where I used 5 slides

3. Add the following content to several slides separately

Slide 2nd: Chapter One of the first section

Slide 3rd: Chapter One, section II

Slide 4th: Chapter Two, section one

Slide 5th: Chapter Two, section II

4, view-master-slide master (master style can be selected to delete all)

5, format--background--fill effect

6, choose "Picture" label--Select the picture--Find the picture you need, return to the Fill Effect dialog box-----

7. Select Rectangle tool to draw a rectangle--Right click--Add text--Enter "first chapter"--Add "first section", "second section" rectangular box by this method respectively

8, select three rectangular boxes to adjust the fill color and line color, give them a horizontal center

9, copy the three rectangular box to the right position, modify the text, as shown

10. Select the "First", "section II" rectangle below the first chapter--Right click--Custom Animation--Enter--appears

11. In the Custom Animation list, select two animations--click on the next Triangle--timing--start: Before--triggers--click the following diagonal start effect--Select Rectangle * *: Chapter I.

12, click the "Effect" label--after the animation: after the next click Hide-ok

13. Select the "First", "section II" rectangle below the second chapter, repeat the 第11-12 step, start the effect when you click the following objects: Rectangle * *: Chapter Two. (after setting up the animation list as shown below)

14, select the "first chapter" under "section I" Rectangle--Right click--Action Settings-hyperlink to: Slide

15, in the pop-up dialog box, select slide 2 (preview box) will show the contents of the hyperlink slide-determine

16. Select the second rectangle below the first chapter and set the hyperlink to slide 3

17, select Chapter Two below the first rectangle, set hyperlink to slide 4

18, select the second section of the following rectangle, set hyperlink to slide 5

19, add a new title master, enter the title content and author information

20, selected 2-5 slides--Slide Show--Slide Transition--Change the way: Click the mouse to remove the front hook
