If you want to know the total income of a day, you do not need to calculate. Simply select the cells that contain the sales amount for the day and then go to the status bar to read the values after sum = (Figure 2).

Small tip:

The free calculation of the read sum value requires that the selected region be correct. In the course of the operation, it is easy to select the cell containing the serial number or unit price, so the total amount of the calculation contains irrelevant data, resulting in error.
