Well, xuzuning doesn't understand. I mean, the actual ajax does not re-load the table data, but replaces the original table data through the callback function. Is that true?

Don't worry about the efficiency. it's done on the client.
The key is that the user experience is much better than submitting a form and refreshing the entire page.
