During the project deployment, the ORACLE client will encounter the "System. Exception: System. Data. OracleClient requires the Oracle client software 8.1.7 or later" issue multiple times.

Note: The ORACLE_HOME directory does not exist.SecurityOptions. Currently, three methods are available:

Method 1. Clear "use simple file sharing"
Method 2: start -- set -- control panel -- Management Tools -- Local Security Policy
Click Local Policy-security options. Find "Network Access: sharing and security mode of the Local Account" and click "attribute" to change to "classic ".

Method 3: Start → run → enter gpedit. msc → user configuration → manage templates → Windows Components → Windows Resource Management → delete the "security" tab, set this item to "not configured" or "disabled", and then restart the computer.
