Android ---- about the failure to manually set the Properties window of the basic control, android ---- Window

When switching to the design interface, click the control and find that most of the attribute windows on the right are not editable.

Double-click the corresponding property to see an error prompt.

Double-click red X in the Message Column

Is a null pointer error prompted? Check the only property Text that can be edited. The possible cause is that the XML file can be opened only with a set value. Is this a BUG of ADT?

Solution: manually set a property value, as shown in figure

The property window can be set normally...

If you want to set attributes for such a twists and turns, you should set them directly in the XML code.
