Android: exported attributes

Even if you do not add exported, exported is now enabled by default. If data is exposed, it is still exposed.
 
Therefore, add exported = "true" or exported = "false" based on your own situation ".
 
When exported = "true" is added: If your provider needs to be provided to other applications or even third-party applications, add exported = "true"
When exported = "false" is added: Your provider only uses your own application or your uid application.
