Android real machine ddms no log output

When we use a real machine for Android Application debugging, we cannot obtain the debugging information. The error message is as follows: Unable to open log device '/dev/log/main': no such file or directory.

This is because our mobile phone has not enabled the log record. The following uses Huawei u8860 as an example to enable the log function of the mobile phone:

1. Enter * #2846579 # * in the dialing interface to enter the test menu interface.

 

 

2. Project menu-background settings-Log Settings

 

 

3. Log switch-log enable log level settings-verbose

 

4. Dump & log-select all

 

5. Restart the mobile phone
