The connection to ADB is down, and a severe error has occured.Solution:

1. ADB kill-server in cmd, and then ADB-startserver
2.kill adb.exe in the task manager and restart eclipse.
3. Uninstall "wrist bean clip"
4. Disable "360 security guard"
5. Uninstall "aliwangwang"
6.search for the adb.exefile on the drive C and download all adb.exe files other than android-sdk. this is due to file name conflict!
