Today I found that I have always had a misunderstanding. The new Runnable (run () method) {} does not necessarily create a thread.

If the handler of the main thread is used to post (Runnable), it will not create a sub-thread, but will execute the Runnable method on the main thread.

If new Thread (Runnable). start (); is used, these methods are executed in the subthread.

The operation can be executed on the Runnable method, provided that the handler must be the handler of the main thread.
