Android uses bitly to compress URLs

Requirements:
Use bitly to compress the URL

Notes:
1. encode the original URL (longurl) to be compressed
That is, edcodelongurl = urlencoder. encode (longurl, "UTF-8 ");

2. The data returned by bitly is in JSON or XML format. The default format is JSON.
Note: If the desired data is in JSON format, do not specify format = JSON.
For example: http://api.bit.ly/v3/shorten? Login = "+ bitlyaccount +" & apikey = "+ bitlyappkey +" & longurl = "+ edcodelongurl +" format = JSON ";
This will cause an error!

Example:
Http://api.bit.ly/v3/shorten? Login = "+ bitlyaccount +" & apikey = "+ bitlyappkey +" & longurl = "+ edcodelongurl;
