CentOS 6.7 installed in the VMware in bridge mode Nic Eth0 does not automatically activate the issue

VMware NIC Configuration Select bridge mode

Problem:

By default, the Ifconfig command sees only the network device Lo, does not see the eth0, and does not have a reasonable IP address assigned.

Analysis:

Using Ifconfig-a, you can see Eth0 and lo, indicating that there are eth0 in the system, but not activated.

Solve:

Vi/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

Will Onboot=yes

Save Ifcfg-eth0 configuration file

Perform service network reload

Perform ifconfig to confirm whether the issue has been resolved
