ATI Graphics card version: Radeon HD 7400 Series

1 First remove the previously installed drivers

[Tuzhuke@localhost ~]$ cd/usr/share/ati/[root@localhost ~]#  sh Amd-uninstall.sh

2 Follow the steps in reference 1 to install

1)

RPM--import http://elrepo.org/RPM-GPG-KEY-elrepo.org

2)

RPM-UVH http://www.elrepo.org/elrepo-release-6-6. El6.elrepo.noarch.  -y install Yum-plugin-fastestmirror

3)

Yum-y Install Kmod-fglrx

4) Rebooting the system

At this point if the direct restart may be because the screen resolution is too high to enter the system, black screen or flower screen, the screen display signal out of range ******

If you are not unable to enter the system, the solution is as follows, using Grup to enter single mode, refer to article 2 http://www.it165.net/os/html/201404/8068.htm:

1, restart the system.

2, press "E" to enter the detailed settings.

3. Move the cursor over the kernel.

4. Click "E" to enter the editing interface.

5, the following interface appears.

6. Enter single and press ENTER.

7. Press "B" again.

8, enter the single maintenance mode as follows. Now in this mode you can re-modify the password, after you edit the misconfigured file, restart the system.

Then modify the xorg.conf under the/etc/x11 folder in the command line

[Root@localhost X11] # CP xorg.conf Xorg.conf.bak [Root@localhost X11] # CP xorg.conf.fglrx-0 xorg.conf

The first step is to back up the xorg.conf file, and later there is a problem recovery

Second, rename the Fglrx configuration file

Restart the computer, normal boot, video card installation success
