CentOS gateway binding ARP tutorial

1. view the current Gateway

Arp-

Run the preceding commands in SSH to check the gateway host name, gateway IP address, Gateway MAC address, and corresponding Nic, as shown in figure


2. Bind a gateway MAC
1) Bind
Echo "198.52.103.193 00: D0: 2B: D1: 58: 80">/etc/safe # modify the yellow part based on the actual situation. Format: gateway IP address (Space) MAC address # www. kwx. gd

2) activate it to take effect
Arp-f/etc/safe

Use SSH to execute the preceding command to make it take effect.


Iii. Check for effectiveness

Execute the preceding command again. For example, if there is one more sentence at the end of the sentence:[PERM] indicates that the manual binding takes effect.
