1. Block all traffic for the MAC address to the XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX host:

Iptables-a input-s 192.168.1.21-m mac--mac-source xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx-j ACCEPT

Match source MAC address. It must be of the form XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX. Note that this is only makes sense
For packets coming from an Ethernet device and entering the prerouting, FORWARD or INPUT chains.

2. You can write scripts to limit your Mac:

Iptables-p FORWARD DROP

For Mac in $ (cat ipaddressfile); Do

Iptables-a Forward-m mac--mac-source $mac-j ACCEPT
