1. Install Java (jdk-6u25-linux-x64.bin)

Mkdir/usr/java

cd/usr/java/

chmod +x Jdk-6u25-linux-x64.bin

./jdk-6u25-linux-x64.bin
2, install MySQL, and configure remote access

3. Install Apache

Here's my version for apache-tomcat-6.0.29

Then copy the Mysql-connector-java-5.1.13-bin.jar to the Lib file in the Apache directory
MV Mysql-connector-java-5.1.13-bin.jar apache-tomcat-6.0.29/lib/
