After testing, the page can be debugged in php script mode. the page cannot be debugged in php web page mode (error: the connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost ). Please contact me with experience in q87_88_9188 for remote configuration.
I am from php 5.2.x. it seems that xdebuger cannot be installed.

Zend_debugger.allow_hosts = 127.0.0.1, 192.168.1.10
Zend_debugger.expose_remotely = always


Zend_debugger.allow_hosts = 127.0.0.1, 192.168.1.10 is Authorization. you must specify IP authorization when you remotely debug the server.
