Here are some scattered experiences.
I. Documentation

Everyone who writes a program knows the importance of the document. Every project summary will talk about the document, but there is no detailed document due to time constraints. This will increase the maintenance cost in the future, or simply rewrite it.
Therefore, you must write comments and product documents.
Ii. Object-oriented

It seems nonsense. However, in AS and JS, object-oriented is definitely not the same AS in textbooks. For example, the inheritance and interfaces in the script language are not as good as JAVA. What should I do? It doesn't matter. The flexible application of the design model can make the team work better. The principles of factory, single responsibility, and polymorphism are well grasped, which basically makes the JS system much more flexible.
Iii. Tools and agile development

People use tools, which is different from orangutan. I don't think it's amazing to have the idea of a traditional programmer to deal with complicated things. It's amazing to put complicated things in simple words.
