Use msysgit in Windows to download the android source code. For example, to download the base:

Git clone https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/base.git-B android-4.0.4_r1.1

Git clone https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/base.git-B android-2.3.7_r1

The above two sentences download the base project versions of Android 4.0.4 _ r1.1 and 2.3.7 _ R1 respectively.

Now Google needs username and password to download the android source code. You must first go to https://android.googlesource.com/new-passwordto generate the code.
