It has a configuration parameter forkmode, which defaults to once, which means that when you run test, a new JVM process runs all test.

This can cause garbled problems. First set Forkmode to never, i.e. not new. Run MVN test again, all OK. That's the problem!!

Then find the official parameter description, found the Argline parameter, this parameter is used with the Forkmode, you can set the JVM startup parameters when the new JVM,

So set the <argline>-dfile.encoding=utf-8</argline>, explicitly specify the JVM's file.encoding, and change the forkmode from never back to once,
