How does PHPUnit mock function instantiate objects inside?

Class cash {public function _ construct () {} public function isCashed () {// do something return 1 ;}} class sendMsg {public function send () {$ cash = new cash (); $ isCashed = $ cash-> isCashed (); return $ isCashed; // do something }}

I want to test the above sendMsg. how can I mock out the cash class and inject it into sendMsg?
